Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals: Handle prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system on a daily basis: Record activities, update client data, and track opportunities accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners: Stay connected, understand needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external third parties (partners and distributors): Work together to align strategies and deliver effective solutions.
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and partnership activities: Showcase our services, build networks, and create new opportunities.
Requirements
- - Minimum education : S1 in Business, Management, Communication or any related field.
- - Good communication skills : able to explain products clearly and confidently.
- - Presentation skills : can present solutions to clients effectively.
- - Understanding of CRM systems : knows how to track leads and sales activities.
- - Strong self-management : organized, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- - Target-oriented mindset : motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- - Relationship-building ability : able to maintain strong client connections.
- - Negotiation skills : can handle objections and close deals smoothly.
- Ability to commute/relocate : Denpasar (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
- Experience : 1-3 years as Sales/Account Manager B2B (Required)
