Job Description:

Sawah Cyber Security is looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base and drive business development. Your primary focus will be on actively identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong relationships to support our cybersecurity services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and cybersecurity, with a results-driven mindset.

In this role, you will be responsible for finding new customers both within Indonesia and internationally, working with businesses in various industries to promote our cybersecurity solutions. You don’t need to work on-site, but we prefer candidates based in Bali or Jakarta. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue potential clients for cybersecurity services.
• Generate and qualify leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to effectively present our services to clients.
• Help develop strategies to grow sales and increase market presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally within the IT tech or cybersecurity sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals
• Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking and writing).
• Familiarity with the IT or cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not required.
• Motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.
